Read Transcript The laser whitening in the office. It's about a 35 minute procedure. The advantage of laser whitening is that you can kind of kickstart your whitening experience, because we use a laser to active the bleaching materials that we put on your teeth and so you'll see that you'll get significant whitening several shades lighter right away. Now, in life, we eat different things. People drink wine and coffee and it's important to maintain your whitening and the way you do that is you can maintain at home with the trays, so we like to traditionally make the traditional trays so that at home, maybe depending on how dark your teeth were to begin with, you can touch up, you know, twice a month or some people do it once a week. While you're doing the laundry, you put your trays in for 45 minutes and you can keep that whitening.
